Victor knows firsthand how challenging family matters can be, especially when a family must be reshaped. He understands the emotional toll this takes and strives to resolve conflicts efficiently through agreements whenever possible. When an agreement can't be reached, he is a skilled litigator who will advocate fiercely for his clients in court.
After graduating high school, Victor enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving on active duty for four years. During this time, he formed lasting bonds with a diverse group of fellow Marines and was awarded three Naval Achievement Medals for his outstanding service in those four years. After his service, he returned to Northwest Arkansas and attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems, graduating at the top of his class, and then his Juris Doctorate from the same university. In law school, he held leadership roles in numerous organizations, including serving as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Islamic Law and Culture.
After returning to Texas, Victor began his legal career in real estate, specializing in title law. He then transitioned to litigation, building a successful practice in the Dallas Metroplex where he has successfully represented clients in high-conflict custody and high-asset divorces. Victor and his family relocated to the Coastal Bend area during Covid. In January 2024, Victor decided to share his skills with the Coastal Bend community and opened his practice representing families throughout the area.
He is a skilled litigator specializing in probate and family law, a Certified Mediator in Family matters, a Certified Parenting Facilitator/Coordinator, and a trained collaborative law professional.
